Child Safety Standards

These standards set out how child safety is protected on “Social Coffee Note” (including the mobile app, its accompanying website, and related features; the “Service”), provided by Kissa Soft (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

We explicitly and completely prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on the Service. Any content or conduct that sexually exploits or abuses children, or treats children as sexual objects, is prohibited in any form. This includes approaching and befriending a child for sexual purposes (grooming), sexual extortion of children, and trafficking of children for sexual exploitation.

2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Posting, sharing, sending, creating, soliciting, or requesting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on the Service is prohibited.

3. Reporting

Users can report inappropriate content or users to us through the in-app reporting feature. Child safety concerns can also be sent to us through the contact form below.

4. Enforcement

If we confirm a violation of these standards, we may take necessary measures, including hiding or removing content, restricting features, suspending use, or deleting accounts.

5. Legal Compliance and Reporting to Authorities

We comply with applicable laws relating to child safety. Where required by law, we report to the relevant authorities and cooperate with them.
